Posholi Mapheshoane (CA)SAManaging Director

Posholi holds a Bachelor of Commerce and post graduate Diploma in Accountancy from the University of Natal in Durban, South Africa. As a qualified Chartered Accountant, he is a member of the South African Institute of Chartered Accountants (SAICA).
He began his career as the Production Accountant in the costing department of De Beers consolidated mines and later progressed to Deloitte & Touché where he completed his CA articles. As a senior manager there, his portfolio included key accounts such as the De Beers Société Anonyme Group, Prime Media Outdoor Group, Avusa Media Group, Reunert Ltd. and others.
Post articles, he served various Executive Management roles in the Finance Departments of a variety of multinational and parastals in South Africa including the  South African Broadcasting Services, Avusa Limited (now Times Media), s.
In 2009, Mr. Mapeshoane started EPM Audit & Consulting as a sole director and later became instrumental in the establishment of various SPV’s. Alongside multinational IPP companies such as FRV, Alfanar and TSK he managed to secure and raise an excess of R20 Billion financial instruments for various renewable energy projects under the REIPPP initiative.
In addition to this he managed to raise in excess of R2 billion project finance funding for various clients under the EPM Consulting banner. His main responsibilities included the management of key commercial aspects of the business, corporate finance and tax, project finance and business development. His valuable experience and energy form the bedrock of our day-to-day strategic management.

Nhlanhla NkosiOperations Director

Nhlanhla holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Pretoria and a Master’s in Business Administration from Milpark Business School.

He began his career as a Pricing Analyst in the Credit Division of Standard Bank Home Loans. He went on to join the Nedbank Retail Credit Lab on various roles looking after Business Banking, Vehicle Asset Finance.

He went on to join the DBSA’s Credit Risk Division responsible for Pricing, Model Development, Reporting and was also responsible for the assessment of various funds. Set up of the BEE investments assessment procedure.

He served as Deputy Vice President and Senior Credit Manager in Barclays Africa and SEFA an IDC subsidiary responsible for credit policy formulation and credit risk management framework.

In 2016 he Joined EPM Consulting, responsible for business development. He was responsible for project finance transactions over R2billion, his responsibility was around bankability assessment and structuring of transactions
